Please read these terms and condition carefully and discuss anything that is not clear.
Fees and Payments
An enrolment fee of $20.00 is payable at the time of enrolment. This is a one off fee and is non - refundable. Fees are to be paid a week in advance by direct debit, credit card, cash or eftpos. Fees must still be paid if your child is absent.
This may incur a 10% penalty on your account and failure to pay fees may result in a cancellation of your enrolment if no arrangements have been made. If balance remains unpaid, then all cost of debt collection will be payable to you.
20 Hours ECE
Our Childcare Centre is a full day centre operating 10.5 hours per day and offering 5 different bookings. The Centre is a provider of 20 hours ECE for eligible children aged from 3 -5 years.No fees are charged for the 20 hours ECE portion of each day (6 hours max/20 hours per week) in accordance with MOE funding rules.
For additional hours fees will be charged as outlined below. An MOE attestation form will need to be filled out before any child can receive 20 hours ECE.
Work and Income
If you have a WINZ subsidy you are still responsible to ensure that your account is kept up to date at all times. It is your responsibility to let Work and Income know of any changes to circumstances or your child’s attendance.
Collection of Children
The Centre is licensed by The Ministry of Education from 7:30 – 6pm, Monday to Friday. Please contact the Centre if unforeseen circumstances make it impossible for you to pick up your child on time. Please note children may only leave the Centre with adults listed on the enrolment form.
A $10.00 fee may occur for every 10 minutes a child is at the Centre outside of their enrolled booking time.
Holidays and Absences
Statutory Holidays and absences charged full if they fall on a day when your child is booked to attend. After attending the Centre for 3 months your child will be entitled to 15 days per years at 50% fees. This must be applied for 2 weeks in advance. Please discuss any extended absences with the Centre Manager.
We require 2 weeks’ notice in writing if you wish to terminate or change a permanent booking. Changes of timetable forms are available in reception. Please inform Work and Income of any changes made.
